AI marketing automation lets models decide who gets a message, when it goes out and what it offers.

AI marketing automation is a layer of machine learning models that predict and choose actions. Predictive models need volume and a history recorded the same way twice.

The clearest returns come from segmentation, personalisation, dynamic offers, measurement and support. A model groups people by what they do, not by age band. Dynamic offers choose between a discount, free delivery, a bundle or no incentive.

Start with one journey that already has a number attached. List every field the journey needs, where it is stored and who owns it. Set a baseline before anything changes, then launch narrow.

Agentic systems chain several steps on their own, from pulling data to reporting back. Budget caps, discount ceilings and regulated claims stay under human approval.

Cost depends on channels, data readiness, custom logic and human approvals. The 30% rule means automating the repetitive, low-risk third of a workflow. Keep the rest under review until results justify going further.
