Lead Finder

AI lead generation software built around your market

Your sales team should not spend its mornings copying company names into a spreadsheet. We build AI lead generation software that collects prospects from maps and the web, filters them against your criteria and sends the first message. You talk to the ones who reply.

Sample scenario

What the system does

The manual version is familiar. Someone opens a map, types “furniture manufacturers in Leeds” and copies the results into a sheet, then visits each website and writes a message. We turn that chain into software.

  • Collects companies in your sector and region from maps, search results and business directories.
  • Merges duplicate records of the same company and sets aside closed or incomplete ones.
  • Reads each company’s website and uses AI to judge whether it meets your criteria.
  • Sends a short first message written for that company.
  • Logs replies, refusals and requests not to be contacted again.

Where the prospects come from

For anyone selling to local businesses, maps are the obvious first source. Name, address, phone, website and opening hours sit in one place. Google offers official access to that data through its Places API. Its terms limit what may be stored, so the lasting record is built from the company’s own website and directories.

A map listing leaves a lot out. It does not say how many people work there, who decides or whether they need what you sell. So the listing is a starting point. The rest comes from the company’s own website and industry directories.

What the AI filters out

A raw list of a thousand companies is a burden on a sales team. The real work is the filtering. We write the criteria with you: “They manufacture in-house, we do not want resellers” or “No online booking on the website means they are a fit.”

The model reads each website against those criteria, answers fit or no fit and gives its reason in one sentence. Seeing the reason matters, because the model can be wrong. We review the first lists together and adjust the criteria.

Outreach that stays within the rules

The first message is short, written for that company and sent in its language. It goes out during the recipient’s working hours and in small batches. Every message carries a way to opt out, and anyone who says no is not contacted again.

We work through each channel’s official API. Where a channel requires prior opt-in, the first message goes only to recipients who have given it. Laws on commercial messages and personal data differ by country, so we discuss your target market before anything is sent.

Software, or an AI lead generation agency?

Most B2B lead generation services sell an outcome: a list, or a number of booked meetings. An AI lead generation agency runs the campaigns for you, and the method usually stays with the agency.

We build the system, hand it over and support it. The data, the criteria and the message history stay in your hands, on your own server if you prefer. Setup takes longer than a subscription. It pays off when your sales process does not fit a standard tool.

Limits, and a working example

The system does not close deals. It brings you an interested company and the message history. The conversation is yours. It collects only from publicly accessible sources and respects each site’s terms of use and personal data rules such as the GDPR.

Our own product in this area is Databitro. It collects prospects from search engines, maps and directories and reaches them on WhatsApp. It shows how a system we build for you would work.

Frequently asked questions

Where does the AI lead generation software get its data?

From maps, search engine results, industry directories and the companies’ own websites. We take only publicly accessible information, and we choose the sources with you.

What decides the price?

The number of sources, the detail of the filtering criteria, the languages and channels used for outreach and the systems it connects to. The AI model and the messaging channels add usage costs. We do not publish a fixed price list. We listen to what you need and send an itemised quote.

Who owns the collected data?

You do. We can install the system on your own server or in the cloud, and the list sits in your database. You can export it whenever you like.

Does the AI write the outreach messages?

It writes the draft inside a frame you set: what to say, in what tone and what must never be said. If you prefer, every message waits for your approval before it goes out.

Is this automated spam?

It becomes spam if it is set up carelessly, so we keep the volume low and the target narrow. Messages go only to companies that meet your criteria, each one includes a way to opt out, and refusals are honoured.
