An AI content generator built around your business
Your team writes the same kinds of text every day: product descriptions, social posts, quote emails. We build an AI content generator that drafts them from your own data and in your own voice. A person still reads each one before it goes out.

Sample scenario
How a text goes from data to published
- 1You enter the facts
- 2A template is picked
- 3The model drafts
- 4Your team edits
- 5The text goes live
What the tool produces
A shop has hundreds of products, and each one needs a description. A support team types the same answer in slightly different words all day. The tool we build takes over that repetitive writing.
- Product descriptions: written from a specification table, at the length and in the tone you set.
- Social media posts: one announcement shaped for each platform.
- Emails: quotes, updates, reminders and support replies.
- Instructions and help texts: technical detail turned into language a customer follows.
How it differs from a chat assistant
A general chat assistant opens with an empty box. Every time, you explain who the brand is, what the product is, who is reading and which words you never use.
In the tool we build, that information goes in once and stays. Your catalogue, your style rules and your list of banned phrases are connected to it. A member of staff picks a product and asks for a description. Three lines such as “cotton, beige, 140 cm” become a paragraph in your shop’s voice.
Where AI powered content automation fits
Automation makes sense where the text follows a pattern and the facts already sit in a system. A new row in the product file can trigger a draft description. A published article can trigger three social posts.
We connect the tool to the places your text starts and ends: the catalogue, the shop, the email system. Each draft waits for approval.
Which AI model it runs on
We are not tied to one model. A fast model suits short texts in large numbers, and a stronger one suits long pieces that need care.
If your data must stay inside the company, we install an open-source model on your own hardware. The tool itself can run on your computer, on your server or in the cloud.
Where it does not help
A model does not know what it was never told. If nobody gave it the dimensions, the warranty period or the stock level, it guesses, and the guess can be wrong. So we connect the tool to your real data and instruct it to write nothing the data does not contain. That reduces the errors without removing them.
Even so, a person should read every text. In health, law and finance that reading cannot be skipped. The tool speeds up the draft. Responsibility stays with whoever publishes.
How we build it
We start by listening to what your team writes and working out which texts repeat. Then we design the screens and templates, and no code is written until you approve the design. During development we test the tool on your real products and your past texts, and adjust the rules until the output sounds like you. After handover we provide 24/7 technical support and consultancy.
Our own product in this area is Promtexpress, which produces ready-to-use prompts for more than sixty AI engines. It shows us every day how differently models handle the same task.
Frequently asked questions
What decides the price of a custom AI content generator?
Scope decides it: how many types of text the tool produces, which systems it connects to and how many languages it writes in. Model usage is a separate running cost, because commercial models charge by use. We do not publish a fixed price list. We listen to what you need and send an itemised quote.
Do we need an AI content creation agency or our own tool?
It depends on who should do the writing. An AI content creation agency writes for you and bills for the output. We build the tool and hand it over, so your own team produces the text and keeps the system. If you have nobody to review drafts, an agency is the better fit.
Can the texts be published without review?
Technically yes, but we advise against it. We set the tool up so that a text goes live after someone on your team approves it. You decide which types of text need that approval.
Does our product data leave the company?
That depends on the model you choose. With a commercial cloud model, the text is processed on that provider’s servers. If the data has to stay with you, we install an open-source model on your own hardware.
Which languages does the tool write in?
It writes in the languages the chosen model supports. Quality can drop in less widely spoken languages, so we recommend a native speaker reads the output there.
