Bots

AI chatbots for WhatsApp, Telegram and Discord

Your customers write at eleven at night too. The WhatsApp chatbot AI we build answers at that hour, puts the booking in your calendar and takes the order. When it cannot solve something, it is set up to hand the chat to your team.

What the bot actually does

This is not the old kind of bot that picks from canned replies. The bot we build reads what was written, looks at your information and writes an answer from it. Ask it “Do you have anything free tomorrow afternoon?” and it tells you the real gaps in your calendar.

  • Answers common questions: prices, address, opening hours, delivery status.
  • Takes bookings, reservations and orders, and writes them into the system you already use.
  • Sends reminders and notices: appointment reminders, order updates, announcements.
  • Welcomes members in Discord and Telegram communities, applies the rules and answers questions.
  • Hands the chat to a member of staff when it is unsure or the topic is outside its remit.

How a WhatsApp bot is set up

The official route for automated business messaging is Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. What people call a WhatsApp bot API is this platform’s Cloud API, and that is what we connect to. The number stays yours, and the conversations follow WhatsApp’s rules.

Unofficial methods that imitate WhatsApp Web look cheaper, but they carry the risk of the number being banned. We do not recommend gambling with the line your customers use to reach you.

Setup starts with what the bot needs to know: your services, your pricing policy, the questions you get most. Then we connect it to your tools, such as a booking calendar, an order system or a CRM. Before launch we test it against real customer messages.

Telegram and Discord bots

Both platforms publish open, well-documented interfaces. The Telegram Bot API and Discord’s developer platform give us a lot of room: commands, buttons, scheduled announcements, membership checks.

A no-code Discord bot maker is fine for simple moderation. Once the bot has to talk to your own database, apply your own rules or use an AI model, custom code is the better fit.

What if the AI gets it wrong?

It can, so we draw its limits first. We set the bot up to answer only from the information you give it. On a topic it does not know, it says “I am passing this to a colleague” instead of guessing.

You may want refunds, complaints or price negotiations to go straight to a person. We decide together which topics stay with whom. Every conversation is logged, and you can read any of them.

Who it suits

  • Appointment-based businesses: clinics, salons, consultants, repair services.
  • Businesses that take orders: restaurants, boutiques, online stores.
  • Support teams that type the same answers every day.
  • Brands and creators who run a community on Discord or Telegram.

Is this the best AI chatbot for business?

There is no single best AI chatbot for business. An off-the-shelf tool is quicker to start with and works well if your needs are standard. A custom bot costs more to build and earns its place when it has to work with your own systems and follow your own rules. We will tell you honestly which side you are on.

Our own product in this area is Wpasis. It connects to a business’s WhatsApp line, answers customers and takes bookings. It is the easiest way to see how a bot we build for you would behave.

Frequently asked questions

What decides the WhatsApp bot price?

Two things. The first is the build: how many topics the bot covers, which systems it connects to and how many languages it speaks. The second is usage: Meta charges for certain message types by category and country, and the AI model costs more the more it is used. We do not publish a fixed price list. We listen to what you need and send an itemised quote.

Can I keep my current WhatsApp number?

In most cases, yes. The number has to be moved to the WhatsApp Business Platform. We handle the move and explain beforehand what will change for you.

Can the bot speak more than one language?

Yes. It can reply in whichever language the customer writes in. You choose which languages are switched on.

How long does it take to build?

A bot that answers common questions on one channel is ready quickly. Each connection you add, such as a booking system, an order platform or a CRM, adds time. We share a timeline together with the quote.

Can the bot pass a customer to a human agent?

Yes. On the topics you choose, or whenever the customer asks, the chat moves to someone on your team. That person sees the whole exchange with the bot, so the customer does not have to explain twice.
