Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Seller & payment

Payments are processed by Creem (Merchant of Record). Where required, VAT / sales tax for your country is added at checkout and collected by Creem. Creem’s own terms also apply.

Prices are set and charged in US dollars (USD).

2. What you get and delivery

Each package’s contents, requirements and price are listed on its own product page (webitro.com/packages). Our products are digital: the Seller Starter Pack is a set of .xlsx templates; ProfitCompass (KârPusula) and NetPocket (NetCep) are tool files that open in your browser (zip; nothing to install, no account).

After payment, the files are delivered by a download link in your purchase email or directly by email. Products bought through Creem can be downloaded again at any time from the Creem customer portal.

All products are one-time purchases; there are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.

3. Licence

The product is licensed for use in your own business. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files.

4. Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason, even if you have downloaded or used the product. Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy. Refund requests are processed within 5 business days, through Creem, to your original payment method.

5. Not advice

Our templates and tools produce estimates only. They are not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. Results depend on the numbers you enter.

6. Support

For help using a product, email [email protected]. We reply within 2 business days.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in place when you bought applies to that purchase.
