1. 7-day refund, no questions asked
You can ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason, even if you have downloaded or used the product.
2. How to ask
Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, with your order details.
3. Timing and method
Refund requests are processed within 5 business days. If you paid through Creem (Merchant of Record), the refund goes back to your original payment method through Creem.
4. Subscriptions
Our products are one-time purchases; there are no subscriptions or automatic renewals, so there is nothing to cancel.
