Social media automation services built for your brand
If Sunday night is when next week’s posts get written, this page is for you. Our social media automation services give you software that finds the idea, writes the post, prepares the visual and publishes at the right hour. Where the platform allows it, it also replies to comments and messages. You decide what needs your approval first.

Sample scenario
How a post gets from idea to published
- 1Idea found
- 2Post and visual drafted
- 3You approve
- 4Published on time
- 5Comments answered
What the software does
This is not a scheduling calendar. The software we build knows your brand, your products and your earlier posts. From that it suggests what to post next and prepares the whole post.
- Finds content ideas from sector news, customer questions, your new products and the response to earlier posts.
- Writes the post in your brand’s voice and adapts it to each platform’s format.
- Prepares the visual from your own photos or generates a new image with AI.
- Publishes at an hour chosen from your account’s own history.
- Replies to comments and messages, and passes on what it cannot settle.
What an AI social media manager is good at
An AI social media manager handles the repetitive half of the job well. It rewrites one announcement for four platforms, fills the weekly calendar and answers “How long does delivery take?” for the hundredth time.
Deciding what your brand should say stays with you. A campaign idea or the reply to a delicate complaint needs a person, and we build the software around that split.
The model can also be wrong. So we restrict it to the information you supply and recommend keeping an approval step.
Official APIs and platform rules
We connect to each platform through its official API and never ask for your password. You grant access on the platform’s own authorisation screen and can withdraw it whenever you like.
What can be automated differs from one platform to the next. Instagram allows publishing through its API only for professional accounts. TikTok keeps posts from an app private until that app has passed its audit. On LinkedIn, posting for a company page requires a suitable role on that page.
So before we quote, we check your platforms one by one. We do not build mass following, mass liking or fake engagement.
The approval step
The software can run in three ways. Every post can come to you for approval before it goes out. Or only the types you choose wait for approval, such as posts that mention a price. Or the software publishes on its own and you review afterwards.
We suggest starting with the first. You can approve from a web panel, email or the messaging app your team already uses.
Social media automation tools or custom software?
There are good off-the-shelf social media automation tools, and for many businesses they are enough. If you only need to schedule posts and manage a few accounts from one screen, a ready-made tool is quicker and cheaper, and we will say so.
Custom software earns its place when posts are fed from your product catalogue, replies need to look up an order or the content has to stay on your own server.
We can install the software on your computer, your server or in the cloud. It can run on a commercial cloud model or an open-source model on your own hardware.
How we work
We start by listening: which platforms, how many posts a week, who approves. Then we design the flow and the screens, and no code is written until you approve the design. We hand over working software and provide technical support around the clock afterwards.
Frequently asked questions
Is an automated social media posting AI tool allowed by the platforms?
Yes, when it goes through the official API and follows each platform’s rules. The risk comes from unofficial tools that log in with your password and from mass following or liking, and we use neither. Nobody outside a platform can guarantee its decisions about an account.
Will I see posts before they are published?
If you want to, yes. Every post, or only the types you pick, can wait for your approval. You can change the setting later.
Which platforms does it work with?
It works with platforms that offer an official publishing API, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and X. Each permits different actions, so we confirm the scope after looking at your accounts.
What decides the price?
The number of platforms, how visuals are produced, whether comments and messages are included and which of your systems it connects to. AI model usage is a running cost on top. We have no standard price list and send an itemised quote.
Can the software reply to comments by itself?
It can, within limits you set. Clear questions about delivery times or opening hours get a direct reply, and complaints go to your team. Some platforms only allow replies within a set time after the customer writes.
